Job Title: Operations Specialist

Location: Lubes Oil Blending Plant (Taicang、tianjin)

Note:

1.          Depending on the background and past experience, successful candidates will either be assigned to a manufacturing or logistics role; Typical positions include a Supply & Distribution role or a Manufacturing role like Production Supervisor:

2.          Candidates shall be with less than 3 years of experience;

3.          Shuttle Bus/Lunch will be offered by the company

Job Responsibility:

Supply & Distribution:

·            Logistics coordination of raw and finished products

·            Coordination with sales team and supplier on demand planning

·            Inventory system maintenance

·            Product cost and freight / delivery cost update

·            Product sourcing and inventory management

 

Production Supervisor:

·            Manage the production team, mainly comprised of contractor workers and technicians

·            Assist production manager to fulfill the tasks of lubes oil blending and filling flawlessly

·            Implement company's management system at shop floor level

·            Lead the team to comply with company policy and meet all requirements in safety, controls, and quality

·            Take initiatives to pursue the continuous improvement of productivity

Job Requirements:

·            Bachelor or Master degree holders in Engineering/chemical

·            Less than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

·            Fluent in both written and oral English

·            Able to work independently and as a team player

·            Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed

·            Desire to develop a manufacturing career
