Employee Communication & Engagement Lead
v Develop, implement and measure sustained employee
communications strategies and plans to drive employee alignment and engagement, promote COMPANY’S values, success, people philosophies, and enlarge HR/ management visibility.
v Develop multi-way communication platforms; manage communication content and methods to provide timely, consistent and effective communications aligning with COMPANY’S strategies.
v Provide integrated communications to employees through meetings, website, emails, messages and webcast on regular basis.
v Actively involved in employee engagement initiatives and activities, champion in planning, designing and implementing various types of engagement activities, boost employees' participation and foster sense of belongings, so as to support long-term business growth.
v Ensure both employee communication and activities align with HR / people strategy and contribute to a higher level of employee engagement.
v To act as the communication bridge and assist staff to channel grievance directly to senior management team
v As the Editor-in-Chief of center quarterly newsletter, to make it an effective channel to promote the culture and morale of the center;
v To lead employee social recreation club (SRC)to organize activities such as family day event, annual dinner performances, sports, recreational events, hobby learning/improvement programs, etc.;
Qualifications :
v Bachelor in Communications, Marketing or Human Resources 6-8 years of experiences in communications ,or HR related as preferable
v To be successful in this role, you will be highly organized with clear communications and exceptional English writing, editing, proofing, spelling and grammar skills.
v Solid understanding of communication principles and philosophies, one-way vs. 2-ways, mass vs. individual, online vs. face-to-face
v Knowledge and experiences about social media
v Prioritization, project management and time management skills, attention to details
v Ability to translate business, complex and varied information into audience-resonating communications
v Master Microsoft Office tools
v Photoshop ability is a plus
