We are looking for an experienced software engineer to lead manufacturing software project activities for both local and global release. The software we develop runs primarily on Microsoft Windows workstations. This position will be an integral part of a team that is responsible for manufacturing of high-quality industrial process control instrumentation, which is used by our customers in safety and mission-critical applications.

The successful candidate will have strong technical and communication skills, familiarity with object-oriented development concepts, knowledge of at least one language supporting OO development (e.g., C++, C#), and a desire to make significant contribution to the manufacturing of instrumentation that will power some of the world foremost industries. Knowledge of, or experience in, server management/administration of Windows and Linux, and of high-performance database applications are positives. Significant technical projects outside of academic assignments that demonstrate a passion for software development are highly valued.

* Lead the development of the software architecture and design

Desired Experience
* Have knowledge about software project devloplop process，Familiar with its cyscles.
* Visual Studio .NET, specifically C#
* Familiar with Visual Basic programing language
* Have experience by using some protocals to communicate with hardware.
* Database modeling and design, have strong skill to work with MS SQL server
* Experience testing multi-threaded applications a plus
* Experience with Windows Servers a plus
* Experience with Management of SQL Server a plus
