    、 服装的搭配,店面的陈列)

    、 店面整体运营的管理

    工作时间:
    早班:10a.m.-7p.m.
    中班:12a.m.-9p.m.
    晚班:2p.m.-11p.m.
    每周工作5天休息两天,但是不会是周末的连休。

    先负责部门,再负责整个店面的运营,到最后负责整个区域的运营。

    Position: Responsible
    We are keeping an ambitious expansion plan in China. You have an opportunity for a fast career, you will join us at Responsible Trainee level and we will be looking to develop you quickly into a section manager, department manager or store manager. Our value is the internal promotion, we believe if you are potential we can develop your skills to achieve a managerial position.
    If you want to take part of the Career Development Plan in China, you only need to experience in the stores, speak local language (Chinese and English) and a good understanding of fashion.
    Main Responsibilities:
    As a head of section in one of our stores, you will be responsible for the following aspects:
    Product management: suiting collections to customer\'s tastes, making orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with complaints. Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section.
    Image:
    -Setting up and co-ordinating garments;
    -Controlling the image of the section.
    Personnel management:
    -Helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section;
    -Evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager;
    -Training and motivating the staff in their section;
    -Helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods and bank holidays.
    Reporting To: Section Manager
    Profile:
    -Preferably between 21 and 30years old
    -Affinity with the product: able to identify with collections
    -Ability to co-ordinate
    -Working with customers: enjoy dealing with customers\' needs
    Personal Profile & Capabilities:
    Qualities for leadership, communication and teamwork
    Academic Background:
    UK university education background is highly preferred
    Language:
    Fluent in English. Mandarin
    Other Knowledge:
    Computer skills

    STORE HR

     

    Job Location: Based in one store

     

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Know and apply recruitment tools for hiring the new staff in the stores (Managers, Cashiers and Sales Assistants);
    - Handle the hiring procedure of new on-boarding employees;
    - make sure the smooth operation in the shop in terms of people management;
    - Organize stores openings in his/her zone: plan the number of the staff and chronogram, handle recruiting and training program for new openings;
    - Store's staff training, development and evaluation;
    - Create the budget hours for the store, time-tables and contracts;
    - Perform labor relations, resolving any labor relation related issue, staff security, etc;
    - Perform internal communication.


    Job Requirements:
    - College degree or above, with major in human resources, business administration or relevant area;
    - A minimum of 2 years experience in a generalist HR position ideally in a multinational retailer with various points of sale in China;
    - Familiar with the relevant Labor Laws & Regulations and social insurance systems;
    - Fluent in Mandarin and English; knowledgeable of Spanish would be a plus;
    - Computer skills on MS;
    - Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork;
    - Able to work independently and under pressure;
    - Impressive interpersonal skills and problem solving skills;
    - Good communication and coordination;
