Position: On-Site Manager
Department: Assembly Systems
Report to: Head of Assembly Systems
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Autonomous handling/management of the assigned projects.
2. Attend to the assigned part project from the reception of the order to the final inspection of the customer.
3. Scheduling of the tasks and the time frame given according to the specification and other rules given by the customer.
4. Resume the responsibility for costs for the assigned projects.
5. Search and charge suitable sub-contractors.
6. Identify interfering influences during the project and inform the project team on a regularly basis.
7. Obtain and transfer information or data relevant for the projects.
8. Compile data and prepare documentation of the projects and its processes for the assigned part of the projects.
9. Attend administrative tasks.
10. Budget controlling to the related departments.
11. Prepare relevant project reporting based on TKSE rules.
12. Monitoring all relevant projects by cost and time efficiency.
13. Coordinate quotations together with Sales Department and administrate calculation procedure.
14. Support sales activities on technical and financial base.
Candidate Profile:
1. Degree as Mechanical Engineer (Bachelor).
2. Sound knowledge of on-site and project management in the automotive sector.
3. Used to working on his own – self-assurance and open mindedness.
4. Flexibility, several years of special knowledge in dealing with orders related to Assembly (Powertrain).
5. Good language skill in English.
9, Storage Assistant
Position: Storage Assistant
Department: Production/ Service
Report to: Head of Production/ Service
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Check all the incoming materials according to the PA and delivery notes.
2. Arrange all the material in storage.
3. Control the quantity and quality of all the materials.
4. Fulfill the process of picking and shipping.
5. Set up materials pull schedule base on projects.
6. Use storage system to control materials flow.
7. Any tasks of logistic and warehouse manage are assigned by department leader.
Candidate Profile:
1. College degree or relevant.
2. SAP operation skills.
10, Electrician
Position: Electrician
Department: Production/ Service
Report to: Head of Production/ Service
Professional Responsibilities:
1. E-Installation of Jigs and fixtures for automotive Industry.
2. Onsite installation and support by commissioning.
3. Production support on-site.
4. Training of customer.
5. Monitor related sup-supplier.
6. Ready to travel.
Candidate Profile:
1. Degree as electrical technician.
2. Electrician with knowledge of automotive sector, very good understanding of E-Plan.
