Position: Electrical Project Manager
Department: Controls
Report to: Head of Project Management Team
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of the hardware construction with E-Plan 5.7 or P8.
2. Strong knowledge in Process, hardware and software.
3. Familiarity with the necessary local regulations and standards. Control of them in the project life cycle.
4. Define the control architecture for Body In White & Assembly Systems project.
5. Compose and control of the safety concepts.
6. Prepare the control specification and RFQ for project.
7. Resume the responsibility for costs, time and scope for the assigned design projects.
8. Search and charge suitable sub-contractors (Supplier Management).
9. Support proposals.
10. Support of the mechanical planning and design.
11. Managing documentation work.
12. Electrical Calculation.
Candidate Profile:
1. Degree as electrical technician or degree as electrical engineer.
2. Software skills: EM-Planer, MS-Office products, E-Plan or Step 7 experience preferred.
3. Experience: On Site Management, 3 Years PM in BIW or Assembly Systems Preferred.
5, Electrical Hardware Designer
Position: Electrical Hardware Designer
Department: Controls
Report to: Team Leader of Hardware Design
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of the hardware construction with E-Plan 5.7 or P8.
2. Support for SW-Design.
3. Familiarity with the necessary local regulations and standards. Control of them in the project life cycle.
4. Define the control architecture for Body In White & Assembly Systems project.
5. Compose and control of the safety concepts.
6. Prepare the control specification and RFQ for project.
7. Support proposals.
8. Support of the mechanical planning and design.
9. Managing documentation work.
Candidate Profile:
1. Degree as electrical technician or degree as electrical engineer.
2. Software skills: E-Plan 5.7 and P8, MS-Office products, PLC Knowledge are Preferred.
6, Robot Programmer
Position: Robot Programmer
Department: Controls
Report to: Head of Design & Debug
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning and installation on-site/ TKSE workshop.
2. Production support on-site.
3. Training of customer.
4. Obtain and transfer information or data relevant for the projects.
5. Support proposals.
6. Attend administrative tasks.
7. Monitor related sub-supplier.
8. Ready to travel.
Candidate Profile:
1. Electrical Engineer or correspond education.
2. Solid knowledge in automation and electrical technology.
3. Controls Engineer with knowledge of automotive sector.
4. Software skills: E-Plan, PLC and Robot programming, MS-Office (E-Plan, PLC Knowledge Preferred).
7, PLC Programmer
Position: PLC Programmer
Department: Controls
Report to: Head of Design & Debug
Professional Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning and installation on-site / TKSE workshop.
2. Production support on-site.
3. Training of customer.
4. Obtain and transfer information or data relevant for the projects.
5. Support proposals.
6. Attend administrative tasks.
7. Budget controlling to the related departments.
8. Monitor related sub-supplier.
9. Ready to travel.
Candidate Profile:
1. Electrical Engineer (Bachelor or above).
2. Solid knowledge in automation (PLC, measurement devices, NC drives, nut runner systems).
3. Experience in on-site management and support.
4. Controls Engineer with knowledge of automotive sector.
5. Software skills: PLC programming, MS-Office (E-Plan & Robot knowledge preferred).
